In Person Services Are Back!

 

We are reopening our building to have our morning 10:30am services in person again starting January 10th.

Due to limited seating we have created a booking system where you will need to book a week in advance to guarantee yourself and your family a seat. Please note we will not be allowing social bubbles from different households to sit together, it will only be people who are from the same households who can sit together in a group. You can book your tickets here. If you are unable to attend we will still be streaming our morning services online so you won’t miss out!

How can I serve?

If you would like to serve in our services please email office@myclc.org.uk.

 

Do masks need to be worn? 

Yes, they do as we are considered a public place so they must be worn the ENTIRE time you are in the building. 

 

What if I am exempt from wearing a mask? 

You are required to wear a mask in the church building if you wish to attend a service. We have a duty of care to the other people attending the service to keep them safe, so a mask is required to be worn when entering the premises. If you feel you are exempt you will need to show valid proof other than a lanyard or sticker and designated seating will be required. 

 

Will I be able to sing? 

Yes, we will be able to sing, but as stated above, masks will need to be worn the ENTIRE time.  

 

How will I know what to do when I arrive? 

Our staff and interns have made a video explaining how entering and exiting the building will work when we return. This is a short video with all the information you will need to know about what to expect! Plus you can also find all of our guidelines listed on the ticket page. 

 

Will there be a chance to talk to people after the service? 

When the service ends, unfortunately you will not be able to socialise with anyone outside of your household, and you will kindly be asked to leave the Upper Hall. 

 

Do I have to book a ticket? 

We have the option for you to book a ticket for the service if you want to guarantee that you get a seat, but we do have some seats that have been left free for if you wanted to turn up on Sunday morning. However once these seats have gone, you will be turned away at the door. If you definitely want to come, then we recommend that you book a ticket! 

 

Can I still come to the service if I have a cough or high temperature? 

We kindly ask that if you are displaying any Coronavirus symptoms that you stay at home until you have a negative test. This is to protect the other people that want to attend the service, and help stop the spread of the virus. 

 

What do I do if I have booked a ticket but can’t come anymore? 

We kindly ask that, if for any reason you can no longer attend the service but have booked a ticket, that you cancel this booking online so that the next person on the waiting list can have access to the ticket to attend the service. 

 

Will there be hot drinks/water etc provided for me? 

Under the current government guidelines, we are not able to provide refreshments on the premises, however if you wish to bring your own bottle of water with you to have during the service, you are welcome to. 

 

Will I be able to pick where I sit? 

We will have a selection of our staff on hand to help you find a seat in the Upper Hall, the rows are set socially distanced apart and you will be asked to leave a 3 seat gap between you and the next household, to maintain a safe distance.
